Communication problem
If you haven't checked yet if the keyboard has enough power, please follow this link.

If the “power test” is ok, there are some possible reasons for this problem:

Software is not installed correctly (reset is needed after installation)

Communication is not possible through the selected port. This problem is common on portable computers when trying to communicate through the PS/2 port.
If communication doesn't work through COM port, it is possible that the port is used by some other application or driver e.g. a touch screen.

We suggest to install the latest version of software from our download page.

If it doesn't work on one computer, please try another one.
